Client's record
Scattered academy operations into one growth system.
This is the long-term LEGACY DX record of Gongdangi Busan Academy, which converts Cafe24-based homepage and distributed academy work to AWS infrastructure, employee ERP, and student management system.

LEGACY DX · Educational operating systemFirst story
This is the Gongdangi Busan Academy operation team. While running an academy for a long time, homepage, consultation, registration, course attendance, and student management tasks were divided between different tools and manual work. We needed a long-term partner who could not only change the website, but also change the way employees work, the student experience, and the future online education business.

Project background
The reason I started again
- 01
The existing Cafe24-based homepage was difficult to distribute and expand as content and functions increased, and consultation, registration, classes, attendance, and learning history were scattered across various documents and tools. It took a long time for staff to enter the same information repeatedly or check required student status.
- 02
RIS first looked at existing systems and data, then put together actual employee work step by step. We designed the website and ERP as one operational transition rather than separate tasks, by setting standards for what to keep and what to replace, and in what order to transfer while reducing service interruption.
- 03
We are currently building AWS infrastructure and distribution system, employee ERP, and student management system in stages. Starting from stably improving offline academy operations, we are building a foundation that can be expanded into an online lecture platform that connects courses, content, progress, and payment in the future.
Our experience together
Diagnosis revisited from work
We didn't decide on the screen or feature list from the beginning. We followed the actual process of employees moving from the moment of consultation to registration, class attendance, learning management, and follow-up guidance, and found bottlenecks in repetitive input and confirmation. This made it clear that we needed to improve the way we operate rather than simply adding new features.

Our experience together
AWS transition with less disruption
To avoid the risk of changing existing services all at once, we planned to move data, deployment, and operating environments in stages. By establishing backup, verification, and monitoring standards, we are building an AWS foundation that can flexibly expand as processes and users increase while maintaining current operations.

Our experience together
ERP that employees actually use
ERP was designed with the standard that employees should be able to use it naturally every day, rather than a system that appears to have many functions. Counseling, registration, course attendance, attendance, and learning history are connected into one flow, and organized so that necessary student status can be quickly identified without repeatedly entering the same data.

Our experience together
Design that looks at the Ingang platform
Rather than stopping at creating only the academy operation functions currently needed, we have structured it so that we can expand courses, content, progress, payment, and learning data. The current investment does not end with the construction of a one-time website, but we are preparing to lay the foundation for expanding the educational capabilities of the Busan campus into nationwide online services.

Final evaluation
Currently, the project is progressing in stages, but the biggest change is that the standards for which systems to build and why to build and in what order to convert them have become clear. RIS is not a developer that only explains technology, but a partner that understands the employees' work, students' experiences, and the academy's next business and organizes the long-term direction.
